Brought my truck in for routine service including cabin filter change. The next day there was an issue with a noisy fan when turning on the air for the cabin. Called service department and they asked for me to bring it back in with no questions asked. Within a couple of hours, it was fixed with no additional charges - Great Service

Service manager was great

Team was pleasant as usual but outcome on the vehicle is disappointing. I continue to experience shuddering with the turbomax engine and am told this is normal. Nothing about the drive feels normal with other trucks I have driven or any vehicle for that matter. At cruising speeds you can feel a shudder in the driver seat and/or steering column. There is a known bulletin out on it yet I was told there is nothing they can do. Very disappointed as I did not feel this shudder when I initially test drove the vehicle or for the first 700-800 miles. If I knew this was "normal" I would have never purchased this model.

Everything was good except you didn’t tell me you had to disconnect my battery causing me to not pass state inspection
