After 50+ years of having been loyal GM dealers investing their life in the industry, their employees and their community, Bob and Elaine Moore have sold Moore GMC Truck to The Village Automotive Group.

One of only 44 exclusive GMC dealerships in the country, the dealership's new name is GMC Danvers.

"We bought [Moore GMC] primarily because the Moores did a hell of a job for a long time, [and were] very focused on the community, and we do the same," states Tony Bartolotti, COO for The Village Automotive Group.

While this marks the first GM dealer for Village, the organization knows the Danvers, MA community extremely well with two other dealerships, Volvo Cars Danvers and North Shore Nissan, both residing in the town.

Village Automotive Group is known throughout the region for its commitment to corporate social responsibility and its support for a wide array of local causes and charities.

Bob and Elaine Moore are proud to know their charitable activities will be continued and are honored to transfer their dealership to Village Automotive Group in order to insure their legacy in the Danvers area.
